With over 20 years of experience in the NHS, Nahida brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her work as a consultant mediator. Her career has encompassed leading large-scale development projects, such as the national rollout of NHS 111 services, managing rostering programs, and contributing as a proud member of the BAME group at the London Ambulance Service. She also played a pivotal role in operations delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic and conducted numerous workplace investigations, mediations, and roundtables, helping teams resolve conflicts and achieve meaningful solutions.
Beyond her professional endeavours, she is deeply committed to social justice and passionate about fostering environments of inclusivity and fairness. A lover of all things sci-fi, she channels her creativity as an aspiring novelist and photographer. She also enjoys the thrill of puzzles and escape rooms, which reflect her analytical and problem-solving skills—qualities she brings to every mediation.
