A comprehensive two-day training program that builds practical conflict management skills. This hands-on course equips participants with essential techniques for navigating difficult conversations within the Resolution Framework.

This training course for supervisors and managers helps them to secure the best outcomes and nip conflict in the bud at local or early resolution. The course delivers best practice in emotional, social, and conversational intelligence.
Resolution Index®
A systematic approach that expands informal resolution options while preserving formal pathways. Through clear, impartial evaluation, this process ensures consistent, evidence-based recommendations for handling workplace conflicts.
Resolution Review
Undertaking a Resolution Review enables leaders, people professionals and others to assess the current state of conflict & culture within the organisation and create a powerful business case for change and develop baseline indicators to help you assess its impact over the medium to long term.
Stakeholder Engagement
TCM is able to support the development of you stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, lunch and learns, info sessions, and in some instances, we organise and chair the working groups.

Resolution Triage

The triage process provides an objective and evidence-based system to formalise the decision-making process. It uses a process developed by TCM called the Resolution Index® to assess the unique features of a case and recommend a tailored route to resolution, many of which are early resolution options. This can include an early resolution meeting, coaching/mentoring, facilitated conversation, mediation, and team facilitation/team building. Formal resolution options are still available.

What support will you receive?

You will receive 8-hours of support with a TCM Consultant Partner to help your working group develop, test and integrate this new approach. You will also receive the 3-key documents to bring this process to life:

  • The Request for Resolution Form
  • The Resolution Index®
  • The Decision-Making Framework
  • TCM will also provide an online preparation module for your review prior to meeting with your Consultant Partner, so that you can get the most out of your time spent with them.

Routes to Resolution course

This unique 2-day course is the how-to course to support you in embedding the resolution experience within your organisation. It supports managers, HR professionals and unions to develop an awareness of options available for those who are in conflict, and that different routes may be more appropriate and supportive. Delegates will also develop the skills required to support individuals involved in complex and challenging workplace issues. Our Routes to Resolution course is the perfect starting point on your journey to embedding informal resolution within your workplace culture.
