We have spent the past ten years refining it and we are delighted to provide access to the award winning Resolution Framework™ in an open source format. Our Resolution Framework™ is suitable for any organisation (of any size and in any sector), which wishes to embed a proven alternative to one, some or all of the following policy areas:

  • Grievance and complaints (including bullying and harassment).
  • Discipline (conduct) and grievance.
  • Discipline, grievance and performance management.
  • All of the above, plus whistleblowing (speak up).

As you would expect, there are a couple of conditions which allows us to offer over 20 years of expertise and development for free:

1. The open source Resolution Framework™ is only available for organisations. It is not available to consultancies, consultants or sole traders.

2. Users of The Resolution Framework™ must sign an end user license stating that the Framework will only be used for internal purposes and will not be shared, sold or profited from.

3. Organisations which adopt our Resolution Framework™ must reference The TCM Group as the source and the owner of the Intellectual Property.
